Crafted Kitchen + Bath Design is a Design-Build firm that integrates hard surface interior design with a thorough construction management model to suit your budget. Our desire is to streamline projects, minimize errors, reduce timelines, lower costs, and ensure cohesive execution from concept to completion.
Design-Build merges design & construction allowing phases to overlap to reduce delays and minimize risks. We believe in the Design-Build process which integrates thorough planning beforehand to keep within your budget with predictable costs and realistic timelines. We then bid the jobs for you from our list of curated contractors and oversee the project from start to finish.

This model emphasizes collaboration and communication between the clients, designers, project manager and contractors from the earliest stages to ensure the design vision is executed accurately and efficiently.

In contrast, the traditional Design-Bid-Build separates design & construction into two contracts. This can lead to delays, increased owner coordination, and the risk of additional costs.

Together we carefully design every detail and thoroughly plan ahead to minimize complications and to ensure project stays on budget and on task.
Build
We manage every detail from start to finish, your vision is our priority.

Exploratory phone call/meeting.

Site consultation to evaluate your space. For new builds we will review your blueprints. Requires deposit which is applied to your project.

Next, in studio design consult to review the initial concept line drawings and preliminary budget.

Initiate design phase deposit (10% of preliminary budget)

1-3 design meetings. This includes product selections & color renderings. (extra meetings at additional cost)

Calculate estimated cost for design, project management, labor, materials.

Build contract & initial payment (60% of existing total)

Start date and projected timeline set.

Materials ordered.

Project starts (20% payment of final amount)

Project manager coordinates between designers, contractor, sub-contractors & client.

Receive regular updates & walkthroughs with project manager, contractor & designer as needed.

Punch list walkthrough to finalize project.
